Working closely with our clients we are able to provide advice on the prospective land purchases, highlighting the likely infrastructure required, the likely timeframes for installation and provide budgetary advice as required. We are often engaged prior to council DA submission in order to ensure full consideration is provided for the required Electrical Network Infrastructure
ASP3 DESIGN
ASP3 Design, Tender Assessment and Project Management
Large-scale development projects often require Electrical Infrastructure alteration in order to allow the development to proceed. In NSW this generally requires the services of a Level 3 Accredited Service Provider (ASP3), Electrical Infrastructure Designer. The ASP3 Designer must be Accredited by The NSW Department of Industry and Resources, and Authorised by each of the three Distribution Network Service Provides (Ausgrid, Endeavour and Essential Energy).

Tender Assessment and Client Side Construction Management
If you are not experienced in how a Contestable Project moves through the different stages of completion, we can provide you with advice throughout the design and construction elements of the project, ensuring your timelines are attained. Josh has been a qualified Project Manager since 2012 and has worked on many infrastructure projects including the Hunter Expressway, Glendel Mine, and Newcastle Port Corporation.
